A neighbor in our community referred us to your company for a motorized retractable awning.  We are very satisfied with our investment.  Our installation was handled in a timely, neat, professional and courteous manner.  The awning was installed and operational on Friday and was demonstrated by the technicians.  We reported a problem the next day.  We were pleased when the owner showed up Monday morning and replaced the motor.  We thank you for your prompt attention, quality products and excellent service after the sale.  We would highly recommend Miami Somers Company!

Being a perfectionist, I often find it difficult to be pleased with the work we have done around our house, but I am thrilled with the work Miami Somers Company did on our new entry and storm doors at our Ocean City house. The pride that both James and Sean take in their work is evident in both their installation and cleanup. These two young men are very respectful and knowledgeable. In addition, they were extremely tolerant of a very inquisitive dog. Both James and Sean are true professionals and Miami Somers Company should be proud.

Dear Charles,

I wanted to take this opportunity to personally thank you and your employees, especially Jim, for a job well done. Recently, I renovated my entire house in Northfield. Part of the renovation included three exterior doorways, tow of which were totally new to the house. My contractors installed the doors and they all proceeded to leak. the leaks continued for over a year. My contractors failed to take any action, and at one point stated it was not their"problem."

It was at this point that I approached you about replacing the doors. I advised you of the problems and you still took on the job. jim installed the doors and they were wonderful, however we had a couple of slight leaks. the doors were a thousand times better but you and your people were not satisfied as they were not perfect. Jim returned on several different occasions and made the proper modifications. A factory installer and representative also assisted in making the doors perfect.

You and your staff, as well as the door company itself, should be commended. It is rare in this day and age that a company go to such great lengths to make a customer happy. you and your staff went above and beyond and never once made me feel as though I was a pest. I thank you for your professionalism and your courtesy.

Thank you to you and your staff for a great installation. The installer's attention to detail is evident. Our home has asbestos siding and was just painted earlier in the spring. The retractable awnings look great on both the front and the back of the house.

We also want to thank you for taking the time to be at our house at 7:00am on Saturday morning to install the window awning so our house would be complete for the holiday weekend- GREAT customer service!
